Cornhill Landing Apartments is a pet-friendly apartment rental community in Corn Hill, Rochester. Our 1 and 2-bedroom apartments for rent provide a wonderful place for not only you to live, but also a wonderful place for your pet to live. We believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs under 40 pounds with a $300.00 non-refundable pet deposit and $40 monthly rent per cat and $60 monthly rent per dog. Breed restrictions apply. Pet interview required.
